My Film
What Genre will you be creating a poster for?
Horror/ Fantasy/Mystery
What colour scheme would suit this particular genre?
A dark and mysterious theme would be good to communicate the horror fantasy theme. Dark blacks and greys with blood reds and white highlights.
What textures and type of shapes would best suit this genre?
Soft background images that are indistinct and the sharp contrast of the faces with bright red eyes. Also an image that captures the audiences atttention, mine being the White Rose with blood and the gold crown.
Who is the intended audience for your website?
I would rate this film MA 15+ as it contains violent themes. The intended audience is for older teenagers who like horror films but with a hint of fantasy. It boarders along the lines of Twilight and such films however it is aimed at older viewers.
After looking at the websites Da Font OR 1001 FONTS
Which fonts would suit your film genre?
Dingbats - Horror/Halloween Fonts via DA FONT
1001 FONTS - Fire or Horror Fonts
What is an appropriate title for your film?
Snow White & Rose Red - a film based on a twisted version of the classic fairytale.

Creation Of My Video
Linaah and I were in a group to create our video. we decided on a video about dancing, which we narrowed down to the dance style "Jerking". This was decided due to the fact that we would be able to get enough footage as we have friends who dance this style. On the weekend we borrowed out an art camera and went down to film them dance on the street. We made sure that we got plenty of variety and shots so as to create an interesting video and so that both Linaah and I would have different footage.
Once we had our footage we continued onto our individual work. I uploaded the footage to iMovie and started to cut and play with the different effects. Once I had my footage on the timeline and cut as I liked, I worked on synchronizing the footage to work with the music. I changed songs a number of times, trying to find one that I liked and suited the theme of my video.
After I had finished using the effects in iMovie, my video was still did not have the right effect so I moved it into Final Cut Pro to work with more effects.
